Delivery Times

For mainland UK we aim to deliver within 5 working days following the date your order is placed. For orders placed between 12pm on a Thursday and the end of Sunday (or bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within 7 working days.

If your order is for delivery to Northern Ireland or the Highlands and Islands, please allow extra time for delivery.

Delivery Areas

LULU-RED.COM delivers to all Mainland UK addresses, mainland Europe and international addresses on request.

LULU-RED.COM classes the United Kingdom as England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Delivery Address options

We will be unable to change from a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

Payments can be made through PayPal. No registration is required.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered as displayed at the checkout plus the delivery charge.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Returns Policy

Our aim is to guarantee your complete satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item subject to the following criteria.

- Items must be in their original unused condition;

- Items must be sent in their original packaging;

- Items can only be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery

- Items must be sent in one single shipping; we cannot accept returned items from the same order sent separately.

We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) within 14 days of dispatch. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order. At our discretion we will pay the postage for all returned items at a rate of £5.00 (UK) and £10 (International), (Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.
Lulu&Red will not be responsible for damage that occurs during the return process.
Please note that all refunds and exchanges must be made through our website.
We will refund the original credit card charged only.

Lulu&Red accept no responsibility for any returns lost in transit and therefore recommend all returns be sent by registered post. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items.

Please note that your refund will be processed within 10-14 days from receipt of your return.
Once lulu&red receives processes and accepts your return, you will receive an e-mail, which confirms your refund. After the e-mail confirmation, the refund will be processed according to the criteria stated above.
